The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was convenient and great.

The pool was small for the size of the hotel. They skimped on shampoo, cups, etc. Refrigerator need defrosting badly.

Though the room was short on amenities for a reserved party of five, the staff was quick to provide what was needed. The room was clean, neat and spacious. The pool area was clean, though small. No complaints.

This is a nice hotel in a good location for Lansing-west travelers. Everything was well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The counter person was friendly.

The walls, shower and bed spread were dirty.

I wold not recommend staying at this hotel. It was more of a 1 star. There was no refrigerator and the ice machine and vending machines were all located on the first floor. There was no bell hop to take your luggage to your room and I found bed bugs in my sheets. ...read more
